Catchfolio does not claim ownership of Rights Holder intellectual property. Names, images, and descriptions appear on Catchfolio only to help collectors identify, organise, and track physical trading cards they own or are researching.

The Catchfolio name, logos, website design, software, original text, and other Catchfolio-created materials are owned by Catchfolio. You may not use Catchfolio branding in a way that suggests partnership with or endorsement by Catchfolio or the Rights Holders without permission.

Photos and other files you upload remain your responsibility. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use. Public share links expose shared content to anyone with the link.

Prefer the in-app Report controls on shared binders and 3D cards, or email complaints@catchfol.io with:

• your name and contact details;
• the work or mark claimed to be infringed;
• the URL or location of the material on Catchfolio; and
• a statement of good-faith belief and authority to act.

We will review valid notices and may remove or disable material where appropriate.
