Delete your Catchfolio data

Account deletion is permanent. It removes your login, social-provider links, collection, scans and images, binders and shares, marketplace data, sales, pack openings, and watchlist associated with that account. Limited technical or legal records may be retained where required (for example security logs or dispute records), as described in the Privacy Policy.

After you confirm deletion in Profile (or we verify an email request), we begin removing your data from active systems as soon as practicable — typically within 30 days. Residual copies in backups or disaster-recovery systems may take longer to rotate out — typically up to about 90 days. Content that was already copied by someone else via a public share you created may persist under their control until that share expires or is removed.

1. Sign in to Catchfolio.
2. Open Profile.
3. In Delete account, enter your username and current password when required.
4. Select Delete account permanently and confirm.

Email support@catchfol.io from the email associated with your Google or Facebook login (or the address you used with the account). You may also revoke Catchfolio from your provider account settings, but revoking access alone does not delete data already stored in Catchfolio.
